Irish sausage.... Costco.
Irish sausage (bangers) are back. Time to stock up.
If you have never tried them, they are not too bad, better than anything else I have found here. They are just over $7 for 8 large sausages at Costco, I did see from the Balson website Sams Club will carry them this year too.

Had my hopes up there when you said they were coming to Sam's Club, but alas not in Texas

Trader Joes has them cheap for Paddy's Day, though last year the skins were a little thick and they weren't as good as in previous years, but might still give them a punt as it's only a few bucks a package.

Houstonians: My husband (Northern Irish) works in the meat department at Whole Foods at Kirby and will try to get them to make their Irish sausages soon. He's dry-curing a pork loin in our refrigerator now for Irish bacon and we'll be having nice chops from that for our dinner on the day

Not at my local Costco. My wife asked if they had any idea if they would be stocking them, he replied that he no idea what they would be getting in as everything that arrives is kind of random
