Default Houston - it's a food emergency

An English sausage shop has opened! Makes their own sausages, bacon, pate and black pudding.

It looks like this is just run out of someone's house, not a store front, with no website? Have you tried using them?

I was trying to find out more, and the only relevant links that came up were ones like this, showing they are trying to trademark their symbol.
Directions - Davy, Justin - THE CHELSEA CHARCUTERIE - 2208 Huldy St. , Houston, TX, 77082

Given that their symbol looks very like the Chelsea FC lion, that could get them in a lot of trouble.

Haven't used them, it just appeared in my Facebook from an expats group I'm in. They have a Facebook page and said it's a new business and they will be updating their page with all their details. I would have set everything up at the same time if it was my business but I'll keep my eye on it as it sounds promising.

Having looked at their pictures it looks like a brand new business. I wonder if it will be a farmers market thing rather than a store from thing? The pie looks awesome.

$14.00 for a pound of sausage - good luck with that.
