Flying out of country for vacation?
My wife has a pending 751 for which we have recieved the NOA letter extending the timeline one year. Since we have been married almost 4 years now,she has left the USA (with me) 3 times to visit her family for a total of 19 days outside of the USA.
My question is, is there a limit on how many days (Total since we started her process 4 years ago) she can be outside the country while we are waiting for her AOS to perm resident?
We would like to visit her family again for a vacation for more or less 7 or 9 days but i am being cautious
Thanks, William

If she submitted an 751 and has an 'extension letter' she is already a
permanent resident and is not doing 'AOS.' Travel with the letter is no
problem as far as I know

I agree. Traveling with the extension letter for the amount of time you stated should not be a problem.
