Fluent French and Italian and good German and Spanish so not as a completely mad appointment as it first seems. Whether he can cut out the buffoon act and harness that big brain of his to do some actual hard graft remains to be seen.

I'm impressed that these immigrants are able to take all of the jobs and laze about at the same time. And if that's not enough, they also find time in their busy lazy schedules to commit all of the crimes. They sound almost superhuman.
