Indiana didn't used to, either. They started about 6 or so years ago, claiming that it was better for business to be in line with the rest of the world. Except that not all of the rest of the world does daylight savings time switcheroo, and in any case all around the world people and businesses are on different times anyway.

At the same time moved the line where the state is split between the Eastern and Central time zones. So the state is still f'd up, just f'd up differently.
