Anyone doing a Dryathon for January?
OH and I started a "dryathon" and we are now on day 6! I am pretty shocked that I have reached day 6 but with the weekend looming and the wine calling...

I couldn't do it. 52 and I don't want to miss one day of tippling
Funnily enough I've always been a fairly heavy drinker by US standards but my Doc says my liver is in good health. Who am I to disagree?
I drink gallons of tea and usually go to the gym every day.

Despite booze being tax free in MA, I really don't drink all that much these days, much less than I ever did in the UK.
Just not as much fun drinking alone, or being limited to the one and driving home.
