The salsa bar at the local hole-in-the-wall Mexican place is spectacular.

One trip makes my week.

It's a funny thing with our accent. I've known some people for years and they have never commented on my accent. Yet I can meet some random person, say two words, and he will ask where I am from in England.

Hmmm, a nice steaming cuppa first thing in the morning or last thing at night, preferably on my porch watching the world wake up or go to bed.

Only two things make this difficult ATM--sourcing "proper" tea bags and the bl$$dy heat lately making hot drinks unappetizing. But today it's all good: I have 2 boxes of Trader Joe Irish Breakfast in my cupboard and the temp is a bracing 66.

Also, drinking my tea while watching a fox slip out of the woods and trot down the road past my house.

We buy Taylor's of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold loose tea in a 1kg bag, delivered once a quarter by amazon.com. I drink tea whatever the weather, I don't want too much blood in my tea stream

Haha! I feel the same, but occasionally when our heat gets really bad I've been known to ice it and serve in a tall glass. (I know, sacrilege for some! )

I suppose I should consider ordering online. :/

Usually I look for sales on British tea at Ocean State Job Lot (very cheap) or pick up some Trader Joe Irish Breakfast boxes @ 80/$2.99....

I'm amazed you can drink tea at nighttime; I would be awake all night.

I drink tea anytime, and that last cup after dinner doesn't seem to keep me up at night, though I don't drink it strong and put plenty of milk in... and usually limit myself to one cup at night.
