Default 2 x Roku (1 for US, 1 for UK) - DNS config

Read that it's possible using DNS services to spoof a UK DNS in order to access UK content through a Roku. Question I have - are the DNS settings made on the router or on the Roku? Don't fancy having to change my router settings every time....

Anyone got a good solution that they don't mind sharing?

You cannot input DNS settings on a Roku, you have to do it on the router.

Amazon Fire sticks/boxes have advanced network setup and can be configured separately for different DNS setups. That's how I have it setup.

Thank you. Did you buy the Amazon devices in the US or in the UK? Does it matter?

I switched my account/country for my firestick. It really messed up my prime family members. It was easy to change and I was able to see the UK store for iPlayer ect. At the moment I don't watch much Brit TV. I think I would setup a different account, but then I lose access to Amazon Prime videos.

Actually on our bedroom TV I use a fire stick setup with UK DNS for iPlayer etc. And a Roku for Netflix etc.
As mrken30 says you can change the locality of the sticks so it doesn't matter where you get them. All mine were purchased over here.
