Barclays PINsentry card reader needed please

Hi there
My Barclays debit card is about to expire. In order to get the new card sent to me in Thailand, I need to log into my online account using a PINsentry to change my mailing address. (logging in with password and memorable word doesn't get enough authorization.)
I used to have one, but it's not where I thought it was.
I just need to borrow it for a short while. I'm in Bangkok.

It's okay now. Barclays is sending a PINsentry card reader to me in Thailand.
