Divorce Advice Please
Hi, I have been married to my Thai wife for 8 years now, we married in Thailand where she lives and I live in the UK.
We have been going through some serious stuff lately and she wasnts a divorce which I dont want as I beleive our problems can be resolved.
Is she able to divorce me without my consent whilst I am in the UK?
Please help anyone, I know this sounds stupid but im desperate for information and worried she might try this out of anger.

No she can't.
You need to have had no contact with each other for three years(I think), before she can do it.
