Hi -

I'm new on here and to this. I'm wanting to buy a studio in Pattay - only i don't know where to start - i recently found a place through KNIGHT KNOX INTERNATIONAL and i have a REALLY bad feeling about them! - This person in particular was far too pushy and called me up to 10 times in a day! - Which set off a few alarms. I've also read a few bad reviews on them so now I'm back to the beginning Does anyone know any good estate agencies? I've been told about Siam? - any advice would be much appreciated as I am so clueless right now!

Why don't you talk to your friends there and see who they have used and get some local recommendations. We went to Siam Real Estate (I assume that's who you mean?) in Phuket once and they seemed OK and knowledgable about the market there. No idea about Pattay??? Do you mean Pattaya possibly?

Definitely not going to use Knight knox now! - I don't know anyone whose bought property in Thailand that's my only down fall but I've been hearing a lot about Siam real estate so think i might just go through them?? Yeah I mean Pattaya see - CLUELESS!!

Have you been to Pattaya?lots of Russians buying condos now so be careful where you buy!!!Prices are going up.
