Teaching workload

Hi all,
I'm currently in my second year of teaching in the UK and so far I've had the lowest of lows causing depression and the highest highs i.e. now, I am currently loving my job. Unfortunately the school I am in is temporary (covering a teacher who is quite ill, but should be returning). Long story short, it's unlikely I will get a job there as the turn over of teachers is so low (because the school is so good). So I'm thinking I do not want to end up in a school I hate working 70/80 hours a week for pretty much minimum wage. So my question is....is the grass really greener on the other side?
What is the planning/workload like for a teacher in Dubai? Are you spending your days/nights/weekends planning or are you going into school, coming home, working for an hour or two and forgetting about work until the next day?
I really want a change but I don't want to be on the other side of the world in the same position as I was last year.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long message.
