Schooling in WA vs UK
I've posted this in the Australia section too.
I'm trying to compare the WA and UK education systems. So far I have that most kids in WA start school later than they would in UK. ANd that the last year of schooling in WA is year 12 so they get an extra year in the UK. Anything else?
I'm thinking about the state systems as I guess independent schools may differ.
Thanks

Re: Schooling in WA vs UK
more severe discipline issues in the UK
more alternative and outdoor activities to do in WA.
the curriculum is harder in the UK, my opinion
early years education is a bit hit and miss in WA
