Where did you find Lansbury's pic?

Anyway, don't be a fool, sonny. I won't hear a word against the Sarge. Much nicer person than May.

...Should NOT have gone to Sp**-savers L.I.W. It's Burton isn't it?... (cleans own specs)

Now, now... you surely don't want to go back to the days before the IPCC, & suspending coppers for clipping kids' ears, plus the politically correct term PC in lieu of the sexist WPC ???

Anyway, the idea was to link the Independent's story about May to Caesar's friends... clearly I failed - again

There is a convention in Westminster whereby members of the cabinet must publicly support all governmental decisions made in Cabinet, even if they do not privately agree with them.

Should a vote of no confidence be passed in Parliament, the govt is responsible collectively and thus the entire govt resigns.

Boris Johnson blatantly and regularly flies in the face of collective ministerial responsibility, so why is he not sacked ? The country is crying out for a strong and stable PM.

BECAUSE, the moment that's done the whole rotten edifice would collapse. Besides which, the calculation is, do you keep a venomous snake in a glass display case in the house, or throw it outside & hope a passing rabid rat bites (i.e. offers to support) the snake again???

Money has been found from somewhere by May.
The income limit for students before they start repaying their loans has been raised and more cash found to provide incentives for first time home buyers.
May must have been reading the Labour manifesto.
Too little too late.?
This lady is definetly for turning.

Probably exhausted, Jim. All those air miles going to Canada, US and Italy in short order and there's Johnson's shenanigans keeping her awake at night.

Poor old dear.
