We live in a sick world with one event leading to another.
There is ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Myanmar with NO one able to do anything and now a bomb on the tube.
Coincidence perhaps not.!

Luckily no-one has been killed, and the injuries reported seem to be relatively minor, most seem to be superficial flash burns and also people being trampled as they fled from the scene.

Latest tweet from Trump, clearly he knows more than the British security forces about the event, the man is a complete tosser.

Also an expert on London. Parsons Green is in sight of New Scotland Yard apparently.

This would have been a good day to invest in a Heathrow Express ticket, if arriving at LHR.

But yeah, trumps tweet is very weird. Maybe he does know something - could it be that the Russians, his minders, are perpetrating these attacks as provocations, and he actually knew it was coming? We know that Russia's (and Trump's) overall aim is taking down the democracies and degrading the western alliance.

The Lord works in mysterious ways. But as the all-knowing merciful deity, he should've at least had the decency to warn London before it happened. Instead, he uses it as an after-the-fact political tool.

Why would there be a connection. The Myanmar situation is essentially a local problem in that country.

Because persecution of Muslims provides propaganda for those who are out to radicalise others.
The UK is not isolated from the rest of the world as you are so often say.

22 now reported as injured. Fortunately no fatalities so far.

We used to live in Kew Gardens, back in the 70s, so rode back and forth on the district line. Now, I go through that area on the Piccadilly Line from LHR once in a while. Parsons Green always looks so peaceful and Edwardian.

Presumably nothing to do with you know who.

Seem to remember it was the Station we used for Fulham.

I firmly believe this is one of the unstated reasons for Brexit. The fear of imported terrorism via migration mandated by EU refugee quotas and free movement. I don't agree with it, but I think it was a basis for many if not most Brexit voters. Today's event probably solidified that decision in many of those voters' minds
