The other Andalucian speciality is Ajo Blanco - cold soup made with bread almonds, olive oil and garlic.

Woah! Generalisation or what!
How many provinces are there? Are they all the same? Ditto UK, France, Italy, Argentina, wherever you care to name.
There's simple Welsh food, tasteless Tuscan food, uninteresting Catalan food, & so on. Care to be a bit more precise?

Just to let everyone know i have set up a new account for Amanda, the good wife, and this is it!
so to avoid further confusion, this is Amanda's profile (paintermujer) and mine is painterhombre! (guy) , So hopefully we wont be confusing any more people!

If you find any foolproof Spanish recipies that my wife me me can do, please pass them on.
She was taught by a wonderful Spanish cook, her mum. But all her meals fail miserably.
I have tried encouraging her, beating her, bribing her, threatening her even starving her, but she does not improve.
I am at my witts end and I am sure you will all have sympathy for me, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

JLFS
