Why is everything so technical and never simple 
All i want is a boat moored up in a harbour , easy peasy one would think jeeeezz , registration documents , vat involved , customs duties , carriage - delivery - certificate of sea worthiness , find a place to berth it , insure it , repair it , etc etc..
Maybe i wont bother
