Car scrappage scheme
I've been reading about something called Plan PIVE which i believe is/was a scheme to scrap older cars with a cash subsidy from government and motor manufacturers here in Spain.
Does anyone know if such a scheme (or similar) is still a available?

No, there is no current plan PIVE. The government decided to use the money on measures to increase electric car ownership.
