You can get Baragua Ron Miel in Lidl, Chiclana and Tres caminos both stock it, at 5.49 Euros a bottle.

I bought some today but its not as good as the one dick recommends. I also have the squirty cream so will give it a go tonight. I only paid 5.75 euros for it that's all they stocked, The better stuff is shown on the link above. Mine is only 20 per cent by vol but it will give me an idea of the taste I normally would not allow squirty cream in the house but if Hilary said its part of the kit that's good enough for me.
