Hi Sunnyd,

We are contemplating moving to Spain and living in a mobile home also. Have you seen the MALU It is a prefabricated type building and is about 10 metres X 4 metres wide, however you can purchase up to three units and have them fasterned together in various ways and design your own interiors also. There is a problem though and that is that it may be classed as a permanent structure,(it dont have wheels) and I am at this time looking into the legalities at this time. Try their web site at www.casasmalu.com.
Their factory is just outside Cartagena and you can go and see the homes being built.
Kev.

If you put it on concrete footings or base it will be classed as permanent, but be careful cos they change the goalposts to suit themselves.
