Renting in South Costa Blanca
Hi guys. Somewhere on this forum there is bound to be several threads dealing with renting property long term to retire to and the paperwork you need to be able to do this. Could someone point me in the right direction as to where to find this information amongst the hundreds of threads on here? That would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Great link Snikpoh. Some scary legal stories in the rental sector, but how do you find the right lawyer. I suppose many people are put off by the prospect of expensive advice.
