No it isn't and I do not think that either all that voted out or all UKIP are racist. However I do think that with the decline of BNP some who supported them did transfer to UKIP which may also be the reason for much of the UKIP in fighting etc. However as John says no political party is without its extremists, but care needs to be taken to ensure such people don't take over a party.
