I'd be interested in this account if it was for none residents. Do none residents say they are resident and continue with the application. (I've been with sabadellcam for years and get charged for everything).

Sabadell does charge for everything if you are non-residents.

We are non residents. However, when we applied for the account, we did it in the bank with the bank manager. So we did not have to use the online application form. I think they have been trying to get you to do everything online now, though.

Maybe go into a BBVA office and ask?

You can't apply online if you are non resident. You have to visit the office with your documentation, including a Certificate of Non-Residence. You obtain this from your local Oficina de Etranjeros (OdeE) or national police station (if there isn't an OdeE) by completing Form Ex15. Cost is just over €7per person
