Opening a Spanish Bank Account

Re: Opening a Spanish Bank Account
Hi,
Is this for none residents?
I note on the application form it asks, date of residency!
I'd be interested in this account if it was for none residents. Do none residents say they are resident and continue with the application. (I've been with sabadellcam for years and get charged for everything).
Thanks

You can't apply online if you are non resident. You have to visit the office with your documentation, including a Certificate of Non-Residence. You obtain this from your local Oficina de Etranjeros (OdeE) or national police station (if there isn't an OdeE) by completing Form Ex15. Cost is just over €7per person
