Default Moving to Spain (Valencia)

Hello, my parents have decided they are packing up there life here for a semi part Spain (7 months) and UK (5 months). They are looking for somewhere around Valencia (between Alicante) and have a budget of roughly €400,000 (cash purchase). My question(s) if you could help would be.........where would you suggest they look to buy? My parents are in there early 50's so are pretty active and will want to be able to explore Spain. The broughty must be at least a 4 bedroom and have a good size people. Will there budget allow for this?

I think they are looking to come over to Valencia in a few weeks to look ata host of different areas, so you suggestions would be very welcome.

Thanks in advance

Neil

Welcome to the forum.
You may need to get an idea from your parents as to what sort of life they intend to live in Spain? Whether they are "townies" or the type who enjoy the company of trees and that sort of thing, basically what are they into? Depending on their needs, desires and their pocket others may be able to hazard a guess.

Hi, they would prefer to live slightly out of town. In a small town that isn't far from a bigger city (Valencia) but within 30 minutes of the coast. Somewhere with a nice harbour and restaurants. They've drawn up a list so far.

Oliva
Calpe
Monserrat (inland)

A list of several others would be
