I'm going to Nikki Beach on Sunday,
Please could someone tell me if it is only champagne and spirits sold or can you buy pints?, please could you also let me know an idea of drink costs?

Only champagne and wine listed on their site.

Prices range from 10euros for a small glass of white wine up to 26,000euros for a 6l bottle of champagne
all prices + 15% service charge.
