Default Marbella Area to live with kids

We are moving to Marbella area in a few months. Two kids (11,13) who will be going to school in Marbella. Anyone know where most permanent residents with kids/teens are living. We like Benahavis but it seems more second homes. Am thinking most families with kids probably live in Nueva Andulacia.
Planning to rent for a year before buying in case we pick the wrong area but ideally want to get it right first time

Thanks for any guidance.

Your analysis about right, another area to look at is Eliviria , good infrastructure and schools nearby. Good decision to rent the first year.
