Hi, you'd posted in the Welcome Inn which is only a place for introductions, so I've moved your thread to the Spain forum where I'm sure the good folks there will be able to help you. I also tweaked the thread title just so that people know what it's about.

No I do not think that you will pay much if any - but it is important to register into the system and do a declaracion (Spanish tax return) to be fiscally resident.

The tax threshold for making a declaration is €12000 so long as it is from just one source. It is advisable to make a first declaration to ensure that you become a registered tax payer. Thereafter, you do not need to file a declaration.
If the €10000 is your total worldwide income, including any savings interest and investments, then you should not be liable for any tax as if over 65, the total allowances are €12400.

I did not think the allowances were as high as 12400€ good to know.

That is the maximum for people whose income is less than €11250.
That is because of a special allowance of €3700 if your income is below €11250 but as it rises above that, the allowance is reduced so that when the income reaches €14450 it is zero.
