Living in Malaga city
I will be moving to Malaga for 3 months between early January and late March next year and would welcome advise from anyone who knows the City and is able to provide guidance on the best places to search for a property. My visit may be the first of many such visits in future years so I have still to decide whether the best policy would be to buy or rent. I guess a lot will depend on the outcome of Brexit.
Ideally, I’m looking for a 2 bedroomed apartment in a development which is within approx. 3 miles of the city centre – I don’t want to live in the centre of the city with all the potential parking and noise problems but would prefer to live in a development in a quiet area outside the centre. Preferably an apartment in a developed area which has a communal garden area; reasonably close to the beach, I’m also keen to secure something which has good public transport links to the City and the airport. It would also be useful if it was in an area where there are other ex pats. I feel this would be particularly useful until my Spanish language skills have improved.
I guess the above might be a difficult set of requirement to achieve but if anyone can suggest areas which might suit it would be much appreciated.
