Default Leave to remove advice?

Hi all

I am new to British Expats so please forgive me if i have posted in the wrong place. My partner and I are currently starting the court process for leave to remove my child out of the U.K to Spain permanently, as my partner is Spanish and works and resides in Spain.

I am finding it very mind/time consuming gathering all the information, and honestly do not know how much detail i need to go into with each specific area.
I have the mediation appointment booked for 3 weeks time, my ex will not be attending, then i am able to put in the application to court, could anybody tell me a rough time scale from the day i submit my application until the first hearing?

I really hope somebody can help

Hi ronnie,

Welcome to BE. I just want to check as you've posted in the Australia forum. Did you want me to move this to the Spain forum for you?

Hi and a warm welcome to the Spanish forum on BE. I am the Concierge for the Spanish section and thought that you might find it helpful to know that the moderators for the Spanish forums are Fred James and Bevs, moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE.

Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderator who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are usually friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge of the issues of living in Spain. I hope that you enjoy your time participating in the forums.

Please let me know if you need any further help.
