i'm afraid telefonica have got the monopoly on this although i do believe there are some other providers entering the market. be warned, depending on where u r moving to, it can take months to get a broadband connection. as far as dial-up if u have a phone connection, i use "gonuts4free", it is a spanish service provider using my telefonica phone line, it's not bad as an alternative, just look it up on google. i don't know about aol etc..in spain, where you can pay a one off fee per month, and use the phone line, maybe someone else can advise on that. the good thing about gonuts4free is you don't need any software, and as i have not been in the uk for sometime, i couldn't check out the AOL option as i can't get my hands on an aol disc

On another froum mainly relating to Madrid, the best Broadband ISP service is reckoned to be YA.COM http://acceso.ya.com/ADSLllamadas/1mb/ with the 1 MB speed and the free voice at Euro 36.95 + IVA per month. but don't know if this service is available where you live. presumably you need to get a line first.
