Intelsat 907 codes
I have just had Intelsat 907 with a Icecrypt receiver installed , I'm not sure how often the codes need changing , can anybody give me any advice how to find the codes and how I change them?
Thank you in advance...

Ask whoever installed the equipment? Unless of course you did it yourself.

On the remote select Menu, then select:
Conditional Access
CA Settings (you should now see card info)
On the remote enter 1407
(you can see this being entered in the top-right corner of the menu screen)
This brings up a secret menu, select:
Key Edit
BBC BISS
Now enter the latest BISS code. To enter the letters from A to F use the keys as shown at the bottom of the screen.

Given Arqiva, who operate the service on behalf of the Freeview consortium, were recently put up for sale, who knows what the new owners will do with this "not for public" back up service.... just saying...

Re: Intelsat 907 codes
Thank you for all your advice, I am aware that there is no guarantee how long this particular system will carry on operating .
Another question, as my dish has a twin LNB , I thought I might buy another receiver so I can operate two televisions, the one I've got now is an Icecrypt receiver , bearing in mind that the system could go off I want to spend as little as possible on receiver number two , I am going to the UK in a couple of weeks and thought I might be able to pick up a cheaper one there but not sure which boxes will be suitable, can anybody advise me what I need to look for and which makes might be compatible?
Thank you..
