House to get on the market....
I am looking for an agent to actively market a house cerca Sevilla. Anyone got any recommendations ? Know one or is one ...... Pm or post here thank you.

I guess there is no one around with any info, over 250 views and not one comment. Nobody lives in the Sevilla area anymore ? did you sell up ? who with or where did you advertise ?

Cant help too much to be honest other than to say don't limit it to Spanish Estate Agencies. Ask around and find what nationalities are buying around you. For me it was Russians so I actually advertised on a Russian site, as well as a UK site as well. It was an English man working for a Spanish Estate agent who got an English buyer living in Belgium that got mine sold. Work that out! :-)

Cant help too much to be honest other than to say don't limit it to Spanish Estate Agencies. Ask around and find what nationalities are buying around you. For me it was Russians so I actually advertised on a Russian site, as well as a UK site as well. It was an English man working for a Spanish Estate agent who got an English buyer living in Belgium that got mine sold. Work that out! :-)
