Taking into account taxes, fees, admin charges etc, you are running more than a bit tight here. The beach thing is a non starter in general. Being straight, you will probably need a good bit more funding IF you are serious here!!

Try Undiscovered Spain estate agency based in Jaen. Not near beach, but growing expat community doing up town houses

For that money, near a beach, the best you will get is a caravan on a site and that will incur ongoing site fees.

(€30K???) It's a holiday home you wish to buy; not a garden shed.

You say Spain and near the beach but you will have some other preferences I will bet. Once you add those in the price will most likely rocket.
What are your other preferences?

There we are, 10 mins to the beach!
The OP is left with a nice little pile of dosh to add some finishing touches to the already opulent oriental style of furnishing, if the present occupant can be induced to part with them.
Leeds123 you have struck gold, go for it!
