I would think in the short to mid term it will struggle to get through 1.20/1.21.

Later on 1.28, perhaps in the autumn

What happens thereafter will depend on comparative performance in the Eurozone and the UK. If Latvia drags the rest of the Balts down, the bob's your uncle and maybe your daddy too!
