Default Euromillions in Spain?

Hello there, I've recently moved to Spain from UK. I'm a big lottery fan and specially like to play Euromillions. It seems that my network is blocking the all the Euromillions related websites. I'm not very good in google so I wonder if anyone can give me a hand with finding a Euromillions blog or anything else that isn't a corporate website?

why not just go to any of the lottery shops to buy a ticket. You do need a Spanish site to be able to buy tickets, but some do have English pages as well.

Hello.

It is possible that your network is blocking Euromillions because it is a gambling site. My UK dongle does this as a default.

If this is the case it is a 'net nanny' type precaution to protect minors and will therefore not allow you into any gambling site (and porn and so on).

You might have to tell your provider that you are over 18.

As I said before I can't access the euro-millions website. My friend told me that there is a Euromillions news blog on wordpress, but forgot to give me a link, does anyone know what she was walking about?

Not true. Not in our pueblo. 5 bars 4 grocery stores 1 estanco. No national lottery.
I use www.nationallottery.co.uk for checking results but you can't buy from England. You do as everyone else says have to buy in lottery shops.

One outlet in a bar in the village 4 km away. He closes for all of July and all day Mondays.

Next nearest is 20- 22km in any direction!

One thing I find really irritating about Euro Millions in Spain , is that you cannot buy "next Fridays" if there is a draw still to be held(Tuesdays?). Not very flexible but I guess is designed for a populace that shop every day.

in our village we have lottery sellers wandering around as well as a lottery shop and terminals in a couple of bars.
dependent on where you are if you have an ONCE cubicle then they will also sell you EuroMillions.

At least one Spanish TV station broadcasts the results and one channel actually has a live lottery programme.

similar problem with UK lottery, if you try to buy on a Tuesday/Saturday before the draw has taken place - they will enter you into that day's draw and the next following.

With Elgordo you can put your lottery on for several weeks at a time.

Beware if you play the UK National Lottery from Spain they will not pay out.

I suppose this is a silly question but do Spain tax you if you win on the Euromillions and if so how much.
