At last, we have exchanged contracts!! Yippee!!! 
Thought it would NEVER happen, but finally we can look forward to our new lives in Spain!
We are due to complete on 17th June, and ferry is booked for 5th July!
POP THAT CORK, WE ARE ON OUR WAY!!

OH, and by the way, you will all be pleased to know that you can now uncross all those fingers Lol!!!

Still pinching ourselves that we are not dreaming!

Had to update again as am in such a fluster with the good news, I just realised, we are completing on 17th June, but not going to Spain until 5th July!

You don't mean to say that you are going to open that now, vintage bottle of Cava do you! If I were you, I would auction that one off and make a few bucks if I were you. That should now give you enough for another crate! Lol!

Been busy today, packing and cleaning, cleaning and packing trying to keep busy. We are going to pace ourselves and do a little each day. I could do with a time machine about now mind! We are SO ready to be off the starting blocks! love Chris XXX
