Will be visiting again in June to take a look.
Any good quality holiday lets around the area (La Bodega) and preferably a villa?
There are apartments in La Bodega, one opposite the restaurant with a few resales and a new block on the main road on the bend.
Anyone can comment on either?

Been to one in Daya Nueva but don't think it was La Bodega - it was one with a courtyard out back - nice and cheap.

Tend to go further afield but let me know if you try La Bodega - do you live in the village then?

Hello, I own one of the apartments in La Bodega opp the restaurant. I've eaten there a couple of times and often stop for a coffee. Will happily answer any questions you have.

What days and times is the restaurant open. I think I know the apartments which you own. Do you live or holiday there?
When I was out a couple of months ago I did quite like the look of the partments, seemed a quiet area to be and had thought that next time I am there, will take a look as I remember there were one or two for sale.

We currently live in the UK and use the apartment 4 or 5 times a year. We plan to move over in a couple of years.

The area is really quiet and its great being in the country and yet only a 15 minute drive to the beach. Its a short walk to the village centre or a few minutes drive to the next town.

All of the apartments opp the restaurant are owned by brits. Some live there and others use the apartments as holiday homes, some just for personal use, others are rented out.

The rest of the area is all spanish and the people are lovely. My children have made lots of friends and we have been made very welcome.

TBH I still have not worked out the opening times of the restaurant. There does not seem to be a set pattern. Its closed at the beginning of the week. Then its open early for breakfast but closes are varying times each day. The latest is around 11pm. To add to the confussion, it was closed for about a month last summer!

I'm flying out on Tuesday for a week so I will try and keep a note of the times for you.

Also, it it helps, I can send you web links for some of the apartments for sell. They show lots of pictures of inside the apartments.

Is your a ground or upstairs apt?
Think the ground ones could be a tad noisey with traffic?
Do many rent out?
Regardin Links, I have seen two agents websites but none really showing much of interior, so could well be of use. Thanks
