Hi there, does anyone know of any English speaking cooking courses that I can take in the Costa del Sol area?

There are quite a few cooking holiday 1-3 day introductory courses however i really want to learn how to cook the full spectrum of Spanish cuisine.

Check out "The International Kitchen" in Gaucin, one day specials - friends of ours did it and loved it but I think it is fairly expensive. There are others in the same village or you could try contacting the school at Benhavis ( great place to have lunch ) but there course will probably be in Spanish.
