any help about the registration will be appreciated..
Would psychiatry specialists/consultants who finished the postgraduate training have to sit for general medical exams or just psychiatry exams??

I don't know, and I'm not sure you're going to get definitive answers here. Why don't you get in touch with the Health Professions Council of South Africa? They have a website at Home Page - HPCSA.
