Does anyone have any happy experiences of transferring their Uk pension to SA via a QROPS scheme? I am in negotiations with Holborn Assets but have seen some alarming complaints about this company. Has anyone had any dealings with them?

Hi Marky, welcome to BE.

I've done it, I didn't use Holborn, and it was painless and easy. I get a quarterly statement and my pension is growing ahead of forecasts. They consolidated about 3 different private pensions and were very efficient.

There are a few different companies that do it, it's worth shopping around. There should be no fees and they will come to you.
