Default NELSON MANDELA RIP

A great loss to South Africa and the rest of the world. A truly inspirational human being.

A tribute to the great man by one of South Africa's great bands
Johnny" Clegg (born 7 June 1953) is a British-born musician from South Africa, who has recorded and performed with his bands Juluka and Savuka

Interesting revelations from Zelda la Grange who, for 19 years was Mandela's personal assistant. I bet Zelda witnessed a lot during that time.

Nelson Mandela a target of intrigue in final years, says book - The Globe and Mail

I would not be surprised by what happened or happens with Zuma and his cabinet! He is the true corrupt, typical faction-ed Black African looking out for his own needs which the majority have done for centuries and still do it!

Why would this woman lie and she was close to Madiba but by the sounds of it his wife Graca certainly also came off second best! Very sad indeed.

Well, judging by the latest photos, we'll have another presidential funeral soon. Zuma has lost about 15kgs in a month and looks and sounds terrible. Maybe he should have had some beetroot, and a more vigorous shower?

Couldn't happen to a nicer chap. Problem is, who'll be next?

The key extract from the book serialisation last week was that Mandela offered Cherise Theron a koeksister, which she accepted, but didn't eat. Fascinating stuff.

Yeah, who will be next is a big concern. The pattern so far has been one of steady decline. SA would struggle to cope with a president that's worse than Zuma.

Meanwhile, I might just buy the book so I can find out what happened to the koeksister.
