Leave to remove case
Hi,
I'm new here and looking for some advice.
I am wanting to move from the UK to Dublin, Ireland to live with my partner. We've been together for 4 years and married for 4 months. I have 3 children from a previous relationship and we would all like to go and live in Dublin.
My ex husband is refusing to give his permission for this.
I have attended mediation as i was told i had to but he refused. As he has refused I can now move forward with applying to the court.
I am hoping that i may be able to get some advice on my statement. What I need to include etc? I have spoken to a solicitor but i'm applying to court myself and starting to put my statement myself to save money at the beginning. We have money saved to pay for a solicitor once it goes to court though as we want to make sure we do things properly and give ourselves the best chance.
We have already applied to schools and are waiting to confirmation of places. We have places confirmed for all the same clubs the children do here. My husband lives in a 3 bedroom house in a nice area and I have a job here which I can transfer to Dublin.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
