Default Is an air purifier required in Poland ??

I'll be moving to Poland on a short term business visit for 3 months and am a bit apprehensive because I'm planning to take my family along and my younger daughter suffers from severe Asthma . We always carry a nebulizer and have a room air purifier in all the rooms and are not sure whether its commonplace to use air purifiers in Poland like it is here in UK. Is there something similar to this air purifier we are using presently Go-Clair | Premium Air Purifiers with e2f technology. which is easy to carry ,compact and costs around 130 GBP ?

It's just that every time we travel the health of our daughter has always been a point of concern for us and this time round its a relatively long stay .
