New to Singapore...Friends needed! :)
Hi guys,
my names Andy, I'm from Manchester, England and Ive literally just moved to singapore! Ive been here for pretty much 2 days so far, and I want to make some friends.
I coach swimming for a living so Im a pretty active person. Id like to join a team (e.g. rugby) or do something social to meet new people so if anyone has any good ideas they are more than welcome.
Im up for anything as long as its fun and legal haha!

try Bedok Kings rugby club or if you play hockey try Tornados HC.
another alternative is to join Singapore Cricket Club and play in their Rugby section. Can be a bit costly though even as a sporting member.

Have a look at www.meetup.com for both sporting and other types of groups. Lots and lots on there. Also - once you get to meet people you'll hear of other clubs etc that they've joined.

Hey I'm from the UK not far from birmingham, I've just moved to singapore to, need to get to know some people since i moved here knowing no one haha fancy a beer some time?
