Giving birth in Singapore
Hi All.....
Asking on behalf of a friend as I have yet to experience this situation yet (maybe this will be a future scenario for me too).
Has anyone recently gave birth in Singapore? I know foreign newborns have around 40 days to get the necessary visas to stay long term in Singapore but how would this work without Passports etc. Britain has a high commission here which doesn't issue passports and all oversea applications now have to be sent back to Uk, which can take up to 2 months.
Has anyone had to experience such issues?
