Had many times with in-laws where we all sit down and share a few . Got a couple of trees growing on our family plot in Thailand which will hopefully be fruiting next year .

I love durians. There used to be a season but now you can get them year round in Malaysia and Thailand.
I remember durian ice cream in KL. Is it still available?

I remember that ice cream as a child in SNG in the 70s. Wish I could get some now, but have to settle for the durian boiled sweets on my desk.

durian can be bought in local supermarket. but it is seasonal . it is not in season now I think

I fancy a slab of durian ice cream in between two slices of coloured bread from one of the old men (or women) and their carts up the top end of Orchard Road - they were still there last year when I was there - SGD$1 - a bargain.
