Something to do with Corbyn - off topics posts moved from the Gib2 thread

Re: Gibraltar 2
The most worrying thing by far regarding this affair, apart from Corbyns gaff, is that Corbyn supposed leader of the Labour Party is singing from a totally different Hymnsheet to his own Shadow Minister of Defence over a topic as crucially important to the Nation as Trident.
At least we can thank the Lord that it's highly unlikely that such a shower of the brown stuff would ever be trusted in matters of National security

You seem to have a paranoid obsession regarding his actions.
What is about Corbyn that you fear !
I think that at the back of your mind you are worried that having had its taste or idealism an electable leader will emerge who will win the 2020,25 election.
It happened after Micheal Foot who was also demonised instead of being left alone.
What was the result Tony Blair.

There you go EMR, getting it all wrong again.
I love the guy to bits actually and like your good self, he provides us with hours of excellent lighthearted entertainment, secure in the knowledge that as long as he's around we don't have to worry about another Labour govt bringing the country to its knees again.

Wrong again. No doubt Corbyn is entitled to his views regardless how stupid they may be, but starting an anti UK military policy argument on Remembrance Day is surely just about as dumb as he can get.

Military policy is decided by Politicians in the UK not the armed forces.

Come back once your heroes have finally made their minds up where they do actually stand on a subject they daren't even discuss in public, but please not on Remembrance Day of all days.

So Corbyn doesn't think that military commanders should comment on such things?
Early day motion 498 - TRIDENT - UK Parliament
... except of course when it suits him.

That this House applauds the forthright views of Field Marshal Lord Bramall, General Lord Ramsbotham and General Sir Hugh Beach on Trident; and urges the Government on this occasion to consult individual Labour Party members and facilitate a vote on the issue at the Party's Annual Conference to inform its thinking.

Sadly, no improvement I see.
The question of the day appears to be, did Corbyn go down on his knees and kiss the Queens hand after bottling it the first time ?

Much ado about nothing. Unless there is some massive shakeup in the British condition or Corbyn starts singing a much more centrist tune (tossing his only real attraction out the window), Corbyn (and therefore, Labour) is for all intents and purposes, unelectable.

Ha ha, this is hilarious, Corbyn the Clown.
Royals hater Jeremy Corbyn will kiss Queen's hand to grab £6.2m - Sun Nation
Nice little earner for Jeremy, eh what ?
Mind you, I bet there's probably plenty around who wouldn't mind kissing her arse for that sort of money.
