Fastest place in Lincolnshire is very close to where I lived as a child, and I know the streets quite well. Mind you Broadband was very slow when I lived there... hang on, broadband wasn't even about, in fact the internet wasn't around, neither was more than one TV channel.. mmm makes me feel old...

wasn't there an electricity company that did that using part of the National Grid....7-8 years ago ????

and I and several others here use the mains to pipe our internet to other floors/parts of the building

The system is based on 4G mobile phone technology and is therefore only a bigger and better version of the 3G we already know (and love) in Spain.

It is only available in central London and it is the third time this company has launched it.

By the time it gets to Spain it will have trebled in price and have a download limit suitable for 5 minutes telly per day.

no, only cynical if you had said "5mins telly per month"

but then like switching on the light, it is expected that it will always be there, always on, and blasting you off the settee as soon as you turn tv on.
