A Conservative MP has spoken of his belief in astrology and his desire to incorporate it into medicine.
David Tredinnick said he had spent 20 years studying astrology and healthcare and was convinced it could work.

The MP for Bosworth, a member of the health committee and the science and technology committee, said he was not afraid of ridicule or abuse.
And what about the BBC accepting this without question or comment...
"There is no logic in attacking something that has a proven track record," he told BBC News.

Lets not forget Edwin Poots, the minister for Health in Northern Ireland. Who think the earth is 6000 years old.

Poots is a young earth creationist and rejects the theory of evolution.[4] In the same interview, when asked by BBC presenter William Crawley how old the Earth was, Poots replied: "My view on the earth is that it's a young earth. My view is 4,000 BC."

It appears to be Vedic astrology that he is into, while having no place on a scientific committee it is kind of cool.
