Hi All,

My friend got RSMS visa approved last year in feb. since then he is working there, now his employer is not able to run the business because of downfall in sales in last 3 months.
What happens to his visa if the business gets close or if employer decides to sell it.

If the company closes then he has done everything he could to stay in the job, immigration are not going to cancel his visa. Immigration may want to see that he has taken another simular job in the same area though.
If it is taken over and there is still a job doing the same thing then he still works his two years.

Probably nothing.

i ve similar problem like urs. my employer is closing down business too. i ve got visa rsms 9 mth only.
